What this mod does
Hydraulic Press 1000t is a prop for BeamNG.drive: a four-column hydraulic press that crushes vehicles using the game’s soft-body physics. Its author, kubok758, released it on October 14, 2026 in two sizes, and within a few days it passed 11,000 downloads.
What’s included
- A 1000-ton press measuring 6.5 x 13 x 9 meters, for cars, pickups and vans.
- An XL version at 2.5x scale, measuring 16 x 32 x 22 meters and rated at 4000 tons, big enough for a truck with a trailer, buses or several vehicles at once.
- A model built from scratch: chrome columns, four cylinders, entry ramps, caged ladders and a control desk.
- Maximum force adjustable in the Tuning section; the piston stops if the chassis holds.
- On-screen readout of stroke, force and peak force reached.
How to use it
Find it in the Vehicle Selector by filtering by Prop and choose 1000 t or XL. Drive a vehicle onto the bed using one of the ramps and operate the press from the panel, on foot or with the free camera, or with the keyboard arrow keys. The panel has up, down, auto cycle, three speeds and an emergency stop.
Limitations
It needs flat, open ground, especially the XL. It only works in single-player and is tested on 0.39.4.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the Hydraulic Press 1000t page on the official BeamNG Repository.
- Click Download to get the .zip, or subscribe from the in-game Repository (Subscribe button).
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip, without unzipping it, into the mods folder inside your BeamNG.drive user folder.
- Launch the game and check in the Mod Manager that it's enabled.
- In the Vehicle Selector, filter by Prop, pick Hydraulic Press and the 1000 t or XL version, and place a car on the bed.

Common problems
The panel buttons don't light up, what do I do?
Click into the game window to focus it and get within about 3 meters on foot.
The press stops before reaching the bottom, is that normal?
Yes, with very stiff vehicles. Raise the maximum force in Tuning.
Does it work in multiplayer?
No. The author says it's single-player only.
