What this mod does
Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 Improved Dashboard, by Knights Gaming, improves the trip computer of the stock Actros MP4 in Euro Truck Simulator 2. It builds on Oscar’s realistic trip computer, whom the author credits along with KnightRider and SCS. It has over 74,000 subscribers.
What it adds
- Low beam indicator and a current speed readout.
- A range page showing remaining fuel and AdBlue as a percentage.
- A page with the Actros logo.
- Estimated time of arrival (hidden when there’s no delivery or navigation).
- Time until your next rest (hidden if you have fatigue turned off).
- Left and right blind spot indicators.
Navigation works better if you use it with Actros Plus: New Actros MP4 Cabin Overhaul, which the author recommends. To silence the blind spot warnings, he suggests the Silent Alert mod or an OM470 engine sound mod.
Version and known issues
The last update is from July 16, 2025. On September 18, 2026, the author confirmed in the comments that it works on 1.60. The author warns that with the British interiors (right-hand drive) the blind spot sensors don’t work properly; turn them off in the game settings while you use those interiors.

How to install it
- Open the “Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 Improved Dashboard” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.

- Load your save and drive an Actros MP4: the improved dashboard shows up automatically.
