What this mod does

Mirror Monitor, by SunkeyKuiYang, adds a right-side mirror display to the cabin in Euro Truck Simulator 2 that also works as a navigation screen. You fit it from the dashboard accessories category. It came out in May 2026 and has over 87,000 subscribers.

Compatible trucks

  • Every SCS truck except the three electric ones (23 in total).
  • Modded trucks: Scania PGRS, Volvo FH 2022, Ford F-MAX, Gloover’s MAN TGX E6 and Mercedes-Benz New Actros 2019.
  • Left-hand drive trucks only.

Author’s tips

  • If the display doesn’t show, press F2 once.
  • The mod removes the right mirror from the F2 HUD. To get the normal mini mirror back, use a compatible mirror mod placed above this one.
  • Some fields on the navigation screen show «–«: that’s normal.

Version and multiplayer

The author lists version 1.59 or later. Version 1.14, from September 17, 2026, fixed a rendering bug in the digital mirror. It’s optional in Convoy and not compatible with TruckersMP. Since 1.61, several users say it doesn’t work for them or that the official electronic mirror no longer shows.

How to install it

  1. Open the “Mirror Monitor(后视镜显示器)” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
  2. Wait for Steam to finish the download.
  3. Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the mod.
  4. Go to the service shop and fit the display from the dashboard accessories.
  5. If it doesn't show in the cabin, press F2 once.

Common problems

I can't see the display

Press F2 once, as the author says.

The right mirror has disappeared from the HUD

That's normal: use a compatible mirror mod placed above this one.

Does it work on TruckersMP?

No; it's optional in Convoy, though.
