What this mod does
The BMW M3 CS (G80) is the lighter, more radical version of the current M3: a twin-turbo S58 inline six with 550 hp and 650 Nm, a six-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive. It’s the work of carbon901 and Deppelover, who publish it for free on their verified ModLand account for Euro Truck Simulator 2, where it has racked up nearly 2,500 downloads since mid-October 2026.
What’s included
- Six-cylinder sound with turbo whistle, blow-off valve and pops and bangs; three engine variants (normal pops, no pops or loud pops).
- Grip, suspension and steering tuned so it feels like a sports car.
- LED headlights with the CS’s signature yellow daytime running lights, LED taillights, animated wipers, working windows and 12 original BMW colors plus custom colors.
- Configurator for the grille, hood, front lip, side skirts, spoiler, diffuser, brake calipers in four colors and an optional 30 mm drop.
- Interior with digital cluster, navigation and animated levers.
Version and tips
This is version 1.0 for 1.61. The author recommends the small «physics_stability_fix» plugin (optional) because at high speed the car can snap sideways, a game physics bug that no mod can fix. In the comments, one user asks why it won’t go past 90 km/h and another says they can’t find the horn; the author hasn’t replied.

Requirements
- Euro Truck Simulator 2 updated to version 1.61

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on ModLand (carbon901's verified account) and click the download button.
- Download the .zip file from Modsfire, the external host the page links to.
- Extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the car.
- In your save, go to any truck dealer and enter the mod dealer section.
- Pick the "Deppelover Mods" brand, buy the car and assign it as your vehicle.
