What this mod does
National Express coach traffic is a traffic mod by Pauly, the author of FlixBus AI Traffic Skin, that adds coaches in the National Express livery, the UK’s main intercity bus network, to Euro Truck Simulator 2 traffic. The coaches drive along with the rest of the traffic and park in certain spots, just like the game’s original buses.
What’s included
- Traffic coach with the National Express paint job.
- Very lightweight file: under 4 MB.
- Enabled from the Mod Manager; no DLC or other mods required.
Game version
The author doesn’t state a version. It was released on February 10, 2025, around the time of 1.53, and has no updates. In September 2025 a player asked whether it still worked on 1.55 and Pauly replied that it should be fine. Since it’s just a traffic paint job, it should normally hold up well across version changes.
Things to keep in mind
It’s not a drivable bus. A player asks whether it only shows up in the UK and the author doesn’t clarify it on the page, so expect it to appear anywhere on the map. If you want more real-company coaches in traffic, combine it with FlixBus AI Traffic Skin by the same author.
