What this mod does
Ownable Renault E-Tech T, by Nimir-Raj, lets you buy the Renault E-Tech T, SCS’s electric truck, and keep it in your company in Euro Truck Simulator 2. In the stock game you can only drive it on quick jobs. It has over 58,000 subscribers.
What’s included
- Definition files only, no new models.
- All of SCS’s stock parts for this truck.
- Extra options, such as custom and metallic paint.
- The Range T diesel engine as a range extender. To refuel, switch to the diesel engine in the service shop, fill the tank and switch back to electric. The diesel is silent on purpose, to keep the electric feel.
- «IJ’s SuperCharged Chassis»: a chassis with a huge battery, IJ’s idea.
Important warning
Don’t use the huge-battery chassis on World of Trucks jobs or external contracts: the server rejects such a big tank and it won’t sync.
Version
The title says 1.50 or later, and the last update is from October 23, 2026. In October 2025 the author replied «Works fine» to a user who said it didn’t work on the latest version.

How to install it
- Open the “Ownable Renault E-Tech T (1.50+)” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to finish the download.
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the mod.
- Go to the Renault dealer and buy the E-Tech T.
- To refuel, switch to the diesel engine in the service shop, fill the tank and switch back to electric.

How do I recharge it?
Switch to the diesel engine in the service shop, refuel and switch back to the electric engine.
Why is the diesel silent?
The author left it without sound on purpose.
Can I use the huge-battery chassis on World of Trucks?
No: the server rejects it.
