What this mod does
Scania PGRS V8 Backwall is a parts pack by EchoBelow, former creator at Vest-Truckstyling, that adds a backwall with exhausts for the next-gen Scanias in Euro Truck Simulator 2. Its most eye-catching detail is the illuminated V8 logo with the engine spec text.
What’s included
- Backwall with exhausts and a glowing V8 logo.
- Trailer cables and hookup hidden behind a cover that disappears when you attach a trailer.
- Several light slots and two reverse lights up top.
- Hidden slots behind the backwall, visible when you raise the camera, for small lights that illuminate the back of the cab.
- All parts are painted in the truck’s color, and there’s a template for your own designs.
Compatible trucks
It works with SCS’s next-gen Scanias, the Next Generation Scania P G R S Pack, JUseeTV’s Scania PGR (R730) and Eugene’s Scania NG S 650S and 770S and R590 and R770. On each truck, the trailer cables appear as accessories with names like trlr_cables.770s or trlr_cables.r590.

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to finish the download (about 180 MB).
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable “Scania PGRS V8 Backwall”.
- In your save, take your Scania to a service shop with tuning.
- Find the backwall and exhausts among the tuning parts and add the trailer cables.
