What this mod does
Ownable Scania S BEV and DLC Support, by Snarfv, lets you buy the Scania S BEV, SCS’s electric truck, and use it like any other truck in your company in Euro Truck Simulator 2. It has over 64,000 subscribers.
What’s included
- The Scania S BEV for sale at the dealer.
- Zero-consumption engines, so you never run out of battery. They only work with realistic fuel consumption turned on.
- A diesel engine that recharges the battery, according to the author.
- Support for the Cabin Accessories, Holland Style Tuning Pack, HS-Schoch Tuning Pack and Mighty Griffin Tuning Pack DLCs, plus other smaller DLCs.
Author’s notes
- There’s no big-battery chassis.
- He won’t add rechargeable electric engines, because the game doesn’t handle engines that idle at 0 rpm well.
- All electric trucks have regenerative braking if you turn on realistic consumption.
Version
The author says he tested it on 1.57 and doesn’t guarantee it works on other versions. The last update is from July 6, 2026. He forbids reuploading it without permission. The mod is only 725 KB and needs the Scania S BEV DLC from Steam.

How to install it
- Open the “Ownable Scania S BEV and DLC Support” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to finish the download.
- Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the mod.
- Turn on realistic fuel consumption in the settings if you want to use the zero-consumption engines.
- Go to the Scania dealer and buy the S BEV.
