Scania High-Res Gauges for RJL Trucks: high-resolution gauges for Euro Truck Simulator 2

What this mod does

Scania High-Res Gauges for RJL Trucks, by Lonestranger, replaces the dashboard gauges with high-resolution 6-series versions on RJL‘s Scanias: G, R, T and Streamline. It has over 82,000 subscribers.

What you need

You need one or both of RJL’s mods: «RJL Scania G, R, R 4-series & Streamline» and «RJL Scania T & T 4-series». It doesn’t work with SCS’s stock Scanias; the author has other versions for those trucks.

Which dashboards it changes

• Red-needle dashboards and some orange-needle ones.
• 5-series G1/R1/T1 with old gauges.
• 6-series G2/R2/T2, old and new, including the UK ones.
• 6-series R2/T2 Exclusive V8.

It doesn’t change any 4-series or some 5-series dashboards. It’s compatible with most trip computer mods.

Load order and multiplayer

Put it above all your RJL Scania mods. It’s not compatible with TruckersMP.

Version

The file is from November 2020. On June 20, 2024, the author wrote that it was working for him on 1.50 with RJL’s Workshop mod. It’s about 269 MB.

Requirements

• Euro Truck Simulator 2 (1.50 per the author)
• Steam account
• RJL Scania G, R, R 4-series & Streamline or RJL Scania T & T 4-series
• No DLC needed

How to install it

1. Subscribe to the RJL Scania mods you want to use.
2. Open the "Scania High-Res Gauges for RJL Trucks" page on Steam Workshop and click "Subscribe".
3. Wait for Steam to finish downloading.
4. Launch ETS2, open the Mod Manager and enable the mod.
5. Place it above all the RJL Scania mods.
6. Load your save with an RJL Scania and check the dashboard.
