What this mod does
Sineptorros Cargo Pack, by Sineptorro, adds new cargo to the Euro Truck Simulator 2 freight market. It has over 42,000 subscribers on Steam Workshop.
What cargo it adds
- Case and New Holland skid steer loaders.
- Case Magnum tractor.
- IBC containers (already in the game; the mod makes them compatible with flatbeds).
- Manitou telehandler and roof tiles.
- Two fire trucks (Tatra and HLF), a fire department crane and a VW Crafter.
Almost everything goes on lowbeds. The Manitou goes on dropdeck trailers, and the Crafter only shows up in the freight market. The fire crane needs an SCS lowbed with 4 or more axles and the Heavy Cargo Pack DLC. According to the credits, the skid steer, tractor, roof tile, Manitou and IBC models are the author’s own; the rest are by SCS.
Version and known issues
The author says it has been tested on versions 1.47 to 1.53 and 1.55 to 1.59. The latest file is from June 22, 2025 and adapts the mod to the new cargo system. If the cargo doesn’t show up, the author recommends resetting your economy with a mod linked on the mod’s page. One player warned that the Crafter conflicts with other mods that use the car transporter trailer.

How to install it
- Open the “Sineptorros Cargo Pack” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Launch Euro Truck Simulator 2 and wait for Steam to finish the download.
- Open your profile's Mod Manager and enable the mod.
- Look for the new cargo in the freight market and in quick jobs.
- If it doesn't show up, reset your economy with the mod the author links on the page.

Which trailers do they use?
Almost all go on lowbeds; the Manitou on a dropdeck, and the IBCs on flatbeds too.
Do I need any DLC?
Only for the fire crane, which requires the Heavy Cargo Pack.
