What this mod does

Agricultural Fair is an agricultural fair by Chenben that you place on the map and that works as a selling point for many kinds of farm products.

In-game specs

• Price: $25,000.
• ModHub category: selling points.
• Accepts grain, pallets, processed products, wood and cotton.
• Also accepts products from other mods, as long as they’re properly categorized.
• Size: about 4.4 MB.

What’s new

Version 1.1.0.0 moved a teleport point that got players stuck in multiplayer, removed invisible collisions, added streetlights and touched up the scenery. Version 1.2.0.0, from November 2024, allows selling fertilizer again.

What it’s for

It doesn’t give you free money: you sell what you produce, just like at any store. Its advantage is bringing almost everything together in one place, so it saves trips to several points on the map. It’s very useful on maps with few buyers or when you use production mods whose products can’t be sold at the stock stores.

Tips

Place it near your sheds and productions, with room for trucks and trailers to get in. Before hauling large loads, check the prices in the selling menu.

Requirements

• Farming Simulator 22 on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S
• About 5 MB of free space
• Your own land with room for trucks

How to install it

1. Open the in-game Mods menu (ModHub) on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series, search for "Agricultural Fair" and download it.
2. On PC/Mac you can also download FS22_AgriculturalFair.zip from the official ModHub page (link on this page).
3. If you download it manually, copy the .zip without unzipping it into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
4. Enable the mod when you create or load your savegame.
5. In construction mode, find it under selling points and place it on your land.
