What this mod does
Estancia São Carlos is a map by DH Modding inspired by the Jataí region in the Brazilian state of Goiás. It’s one of the most-rated South American maps on the FS22 ModHub and stands out for its tropical economy: sugarcane, coffee, soybeans and black beans instead of the usual Central European crops.
What’s included
- 36 medium and large fields, all with missions.
- Two farms: the main one with two sheds, a house, cow pasture, chicken coop, water tank and barn; the secondary one with a large shed and its own pasture.
- Bakery, coffee roaster, dairy with dairy products, sawmill and a sugarcane mill that produces ethanol.
- All the land can be bought and the farm objects can be sold so you can customize them.
What’s new in 1.1.0.0
This version reworked the objects and vegetation, fixed the latitude so the seasons follow the Southern Hemisphere, added black beans, millet and rice, moved the co-op into town and removed the biogas plant. Ethanol is transported with the MKS 32 tanker from the shop and sold at the gas station. The author warns that you need to start a new savegame.
There’s no snow, because winter in the area is cold and dry, and many businesses close at the end of the day: plan your sales.

How to install it
- On console: open ModHub from the game menu, search for Estancia São Carlos Map and download it.
- On PC/Mac: download FS22_Estancia_Sao_Carlos.zip from the official ModHub page.
- Copy the .zip, without unzipping it, into Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2022/mods.
- Start the game and create a new savegame with Estancia São Carlos as the map.
- If you had a savegame on version 1.0, don't reuse it: the author asks you to start from scratch.

Common problems
Can I play it on PS4 or Xbox One?
Yes. ModHub offers it on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series; on console you download it from within the game.
Why doesn't it snow on this map?
It's the author's choice: in the Jataí region winter is cold and dry, so the map has no snow.
Where do I sell the ethanol?
At the gas station. To haul it you need the MKS 32 tanker, found in the trailers category of the shop.
