What this mod does

Hand Lawn Mower is a push lawn mower by JMZ and Cubase under the fictional Lizard brand. It’s for cutting grass near the house and in areas the big mowers can’t reach.

What’s new

Version 1.0.1.0 added the grass output configuration and moved the discharge effect. Version 1.0.2.0 fixes the side discharge option.

What it’s for

With a half-meter cut, it isn’t a machine for producing forage but for keeping things tidy: the farm garden, the edges of paths or the gaps between buildings. It’s a very popular mod among roleplay players who want a well-kept farm.

Tips

If you want a clean lawn, choose the collection bag in the shop; if you don’t mind leaving the grass on the ground, side discharge is more convenient. There’s a showcase video on the official page.

How to install it

1. Open the in-game Mods menu (ModHub) on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series, search for "Hand Lawn Mower" and download it.
2. On PC/Mac you can also download FS22_LizardLawnMower.zip from the official ModHub page (link on this page).
3. If you download it manually, copy the .zip without unzipping it into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
4. Enable the mod when you create or load your savegame.
5. Find it in the shop under mowers and choose the grass output type and colors.
