Pickup Header Pack for Farming Simulator 22

What this mod does

The Pickup Header Pack by Bcbuhler adds a pickup header for harvesters. It’s used to harvest crops that were cut and laid in windrows beforehand, such as canola, barley, oats or wheat. Picking up from the windrow speeds up drying of green grain and reduces shatter losses.

In-game stats

• Price: $32,500.
• Working width: 4.5 m.
• Working speed: 10 km/h.

Configurations

• Crop Catcher with a frame in the harvester’s color or black.
• Presets for Case IH (modern and 2388), New Holland (modern and TR), John Deere S series, STS, T series, X9, 9600 and 7700, CLAAS green and yellow, Ideal and Massey Ferguson.
• CNH, OEM or metal shields, with selectable hitches, decals and colors.

Important requirement

You need a map that supports crop swathing; the mod page names Edgewater, Saskatchewan as an example. On a map without that feature you won’t have any grain windrows to pick up.

Availability

Works on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series and is about 7 MB. It’s the natural companion to a swather: first you cut the crop and lay it in a windrow, then you pick it up with the harvester.

Requirements

• Farming Simulator 22 on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S
• About 7 MB of free space
• A map that supports crop swathing (e.g. Edgewater, Saskatchewan)

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Pickup Header Pack" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_PickupHeaderPack_crossplay.zip into the mods folder without unzipping it: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Buy the header in the shop under harvesters and pick your harvester's preset.
