What this mod does

Water Hydrant, by Kamilos0397, is a placeable hydrant that works as a cheap water source for your farm. It’s one of the simplest and most downloaded utility mods on the FS22 ModHub.

What it’s for

In Farming Simulator 22 you need water in several places on the farm, for example for animals or greenhouses. Normally you have to drive a tanker to a river, a lake or a water point on the map, which costs trips and time. With the hydrant you have your own water supply right next to the farm.

Usage tips

Place it near your barns or greenhouses to fill the tanker in a few seconds and shorten your trips. On big maps it can be worth placing more than one, each next to a work area, although each hydrant adds its own daily upkeep.

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Water Hydrant" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_WaterHydrant.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Place it from the construction menu, near where you need the water, and fill your tanker there.
