Fish Farming for Farming Simulator 22

What this mod does

Fish Farming, by GWENDAL, adds a new production chain to Farming Simulator 22: fish farming. You place as many ponds as you like and sell the boxes of fish at a selling point you also place on the map.

In-game specs

• Pond: $20,000, with $50 daily upkeep.
• Recipe: 7 corn, 6 soybeans, 4 wheat and 8 mineral feed make 10 fish.
• 5 cycles per hour.
• Cold storage (blue container) for 47 boxes of 100 liters.
• 200-liter intermediate production storage.
• Selling point: $500.

What it’s for

It’s a way to turn your corn, soybean and wheat harvests into higher-value products. The more ponds you place, the higher the output. You’ll also need mineral feed, which you buy in the shop.

Tips

Place the ponds near your silos to cut down on trips and leave room for trucks or tractors to reach the selling point. Keep an eye on the cold storage: if it fills up, production stops.

It works on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Fish Farming" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_FishFarming.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Place one or more ponds and the selling point from the construction menu.
5. Fill the ponds with corn, soybeans, wheat and mineral feed.
