Half-Timbered Farm Buildings for Farming Simulator 22

What this mod does

The Half-Timbered Farm Buildings by VertexDezign adds three half-timbered (Fachwerk) buildings, the typical style of farms in northern Germany. They’re ideal for giving your farm a traditional European touch.

Buildings included

• Barn: $95,000 and $75 upkeep.
• Farmhouse with silo: $165,000, $75 upkeep and 400,000 liters of storage.
• Pigsty: $125,000, $75 upkeep and room for 25 pigs.

What it’s for on the farm

The farmhouse with silo is the most useful piece: it stores 400,000 liters of crops in a building that looks like a country house from the outside. The pigsty is small, meant for modest breeding or decoration, and the barn completes the set. Together they form a traditional farmyard that fits European and German maps.

Availability and tips

Works on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series, is about 35 MB and needs no other mods. Version 1.0.0.1 lets the buildings be bought together with the farmland on maps and fixed the leveling of the main building. Place all three around a yard to get that historic farm look.

• About 36 MB of free space

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Half-Timbered Farm Buildings" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_halfTimberedFarm.zip into the mods folder without unzipping it: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Buy the buildings in the shop under sheds and place them on your land.
