BIGGER STACKS for Hytale

What this mod does

BIGGER STACKS raises the maximum number of items that fit in each inventory slot. By default, everything stackable goes up to 99,999 units, so blocks, ores and building materials stop filling up your chests and backpack as soon as you start building seriously.

What it lets you do

• A global limit plus different limits per item category.
• It detects and respects non-stackable items, like weapons or tools.
• You configure it without leaving the game with /bs or /biggerstacks.

Commands

/bs info shows the configuration; /bs set global followed by a number changes the overall limit, and /bs set with a category name adjusts just that one; /bs apply applies changes instantly and /bs reload reloads the file. The config JSON contains globalMaxStack, categoryLimits and requireOp, which decides whether you need to be an operator to use the commands.

Version 1.5.1 is from September 4, 2026 and doesn’t need other mods. It’s by the same author as Grab From Far.

This mod page was checked with Hytale 0.6 (Update 6). With Update 7 (0.7), released on October 12, 2026, the mod will need an update: don’t use it in an important world until the author releases a file tagged for the new version.

Checked on October 20, 2026: the author hasn’t released a file tagged for Hytale 0.7 (Update 7) on CurseForge yet. We’ll check again and update this page as soon as it’s out.

Requirements

• Hytale (Early Access) on PC, version 0.6 (file Linceros.BiggerStacks-1.5.1.jar)
• No dependencies: it doesn't need other mods

How to install it

1. Open the BIGGER STACKS page on CurseForge and click Install to install it with the CurseForge app, or download Linceros.BiggerStacks-1.5.1.jar from the Files tab (the file tagged 0.6).
2. If you download it manually, copy the file as is, without unzipping it, into the mods folder: on Windows, %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods.
3. Open Hytale, right-click the world, check BIGGER STACKS in the mod list and save the world settings.
4. On a dedicated server, place the file in the server's mods folder and restart it.
5. In game, type /bs info to see the limits and adjust them with /bs set if 99,999 feels like too much.
