What this mod does
MMO Skill Tree & Abilities brings MMO-style skill progression to Hytale. Instead of a single level, each activity levels up separately: mining, woodcutting, fishing, swordplay, magic or archery. The more you do something, the better you get at it.
Skills and rewards
- 20 gathering, combat and crafting skills, with rewards at levels 5, 10, 15, 20 and so on up to 100.
- 32 active abilities you assign to your hotbar, like fireball, ice beam, meteor or piercing shot.
- At some levels you choose between two rewards, so each character can be built differently.
- Mastery capes when you reach level 100 in each skill, and a master cape when your levels add up to 1500.
More content
It includes quests with branching dialogue, about 200 achievements, lifetime stats, elite enemies (rare, elite and legendary), bounty boards and experience scrolls. Menus open with /xp, /mmoabilities or /mmoquests, and admins get a visual panel with /mmoadmin to tweak everything without editing files.
Language and requirements
It’s translated into nine languages, including Spanish. It works in single player and on servers, with individual per-player progression. It needs the Ziggfreed’s CommonLib library, by the same author; the CurseForge app installs it automatically. Version 1.6.2 is published for Hytale 0.6.
Update (October 20, 2026): the author has already published a file for Hytale 0.7 (Update 7): 1.7.2, from October 16, 2026.
