What this mod does
Autódromo Víctor Borrat Fabini, known as El Pinar, is the home of Uruguayan motorsport and of the AUVO. It’s in Canelones, about 30 km east of Montevideo, and has been running since 1956. This mod is the work of Marcelo Intruso, who built it from scratch as his first track for Assetto Corsa and kept polishing it for five years until calling it finished in 2026.
What’s included
- More than ten track layouts, including the one used by the TCR World Tour, plus a 402 m drag strip and a trackday variant with no barriers for free driving.
- Night lighting, a working start light and TV cameras.
- Rain effects (RainFX) and textures updated to match the circuit’s 2025 look.
- Revised AI for racing against computer-controlled cars.
Who it’s for
It’s a short, technical circuit designed for open-wheelers and touring cars. If you follow motorsport from the Río de la Plata region or you’re looking for a well-made Latin American track, it’s one of the most complete ones available for free. The short variants are great for quick races with friends, and the trackday one is good for practicing without worrying about track limits.
Version
Version 2.2 (February 2026) renamed the folders, so the author asks you to delete any previous version before installing it. Version 2.2.1 (April 2026) fixes a terrain bug in the TCR sector. The author has announced there will be no more updates.

How to install it
- If you had an earlier version of El Pinar, delete it from assettocorsa/content/tracks.
- Go to the circuit's page on OverTake.gg and log in.
- Download the file (about 522 MB).
- Drag the file into Content Manager and install it, or copy the track folder to assettocorsa/content/tracks.
- In Drive, pick El Pinar and select the layout you want from the layouts dropdown.
- To race at night or in the rain, enable Custom Shaders Patch and pick the time and weather in Content Manager.

There's a specific TCR World Tour variant among the circuit's layouts.
I don't see rain or night lights
Those effects depend on Custom Shaders Patch; enable it and update it from Content Manager.
