What this mod does
The Discoverer FX7 Rental Kart 200cc is a rental kart like the ones at any commercial karting track. Its author, EShglz, based it on a model widely used in China and explains that he doesn’t use the kart’s real name. It has over 3,500 downloads and every rating is five stars.
What’s included
- A 200cc rental kart made by the author himself.

Who it’s for
It’s ideal for the karting tracks available for Assetto Corsa, including the Spanish ones, and for practicing racing lines with low power. Other modders use it as a starting point: Olivier Wierda’s Academy Rental Kart is based on this mod and praises its modeling.
Permissions
The author says in the reviews that all his mods are open to modification.
Known issue
A user pointed out that the steering tie rods don’t quite connect in the animation; the author replied that he tried to fix it without success.

How to install it
- Open the Discoverer FX7 page on OverTake.gg and sign in.
- Download the file (about 40 MB).
- Drag the file into Content Manager and click Install, or copy the kart folder to assettocorsa/content/cars.
- Pick a karting track and head out with the kart.
