What this mod does
The Ferrari F310B is the car Ferrari raced in the 1997 Formula 1 season. The VRC Modding Team, one of the best-known open-wheeler modding teams for Assetto Corsa, released it on the same day as its Williams FW19, the big rival that year. It’s rated 4.93 out of 5 with about 97,000 downloads.
What’s included
- Work by mati.sala90, sam_alonso93, misterbeam, Ferrari64 and IMrIMike from the VRC team.
- Custom drivers with the real helmets from the 1997 season.
- A folder of optional tires in DDS format that work as livery textures.
- A PDF with installation instructions inside the download.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants to recreate late-’90s Formula 1 with V10 engines and grooved tires. Users praise the quality of the model, the textures and the sound.
Installation and warnings
You need to copy everything inside the «AC Files» folder into the Assetto Corsa root folder without leaving anything out: if the custom drivers are missing, the game drops back to the menu when loading the car. A few users mention distorted mirrors. Version 1.0, from June 2019, is the only release.
Unofficial fan-made mod. Names, logos and liveries belong to their respective owners; neither the author nor Holymod is affiliated with them.

Common problems
I get sent back to the menu when the car loads
The custom drivers are missing. Copy everything in the AC Files folder into the game's root folder.
Where do the optional tires go?
Copy their DDS files straight into the livery folder, because the game doesn't read subfolders inside it.
Is there a rival from the same era?
Yes, the Williams FW19 from the same team, released on the same day.
