What this mod does
Alaska: North to the Future (ANTTF) is the Alaska map by FLX Mods and H3D Arts. It recreates over 1,200 miles (about 1,900 km) of roads from southern Alaska to the Arctic coast, with cities, remote villages, oil fields and logistics hubs.
What’s included
- The state’s major highways: Dalton, Elliott, Parks and Sterling.
- Oil field roads at Prudhoe Bay, Deadhorse, Kuparuk and Mikkelsen Bay.
- North Slope and Arctic coast expansions, and a six-mile ice road to Northstar Island.
- Traffic, vehicle spawns, fuel prices and trailer combinations specific to each area.
- Weather, snow, ambient sounds and police and damage settings tailored to Alaska.
Requirements
It only requires the Washington DLC. The website doesn’t mention other mods or a load order. There are connections by other authors to link it with ProMods Canada or Western Canada Expansion.
Price and version
You buy it on alaskamod.com for $30 (previously $35), with an instant digital download. The current version is 0.8.9 Beta, compatible with ATS 1.60 and 1.61 according to the website. It’s a beta, so it may have bugs.

How to install it
- Go to alaskamod.com and buy the map with the “Buy Alaska NTTF” button.
- Download the files after paying (instant digital download).
- Copy the .scs files to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- Enable them in the Mod Manager.
- Make sure you have the Washington DLC and load your save.
