What this mod does
GDC Logistics – Realistic Physics Mod, by busy_and_broke, is a full physics overhaul designed for players using a wheel and pedals. It swaps the game’s forgiving handling for a model that rewards skill and punishes mistakes.
Progressive grip
Tires are less forgiving: grip is stable in normal driving, but it has a breaking point. If you enter a corner too fast, especially on slippery surfaces or with a heavy load, you’ll get understeer and the risk of the trailer jackknifing. Stiffer tires give a firmer on-center steering feel on the highway.
Brakes that heat up
The brakes mimic the thermal behavior of real drum brakes and take a long time to cool down. Riding the service brake down a long grade causes brake fade: you need to use the engine brake or the retarder, and runaway truck ramps become useful.
Mass and inertia
The chassis has softer suspension and the heavier cab moves separately: it rolls and pitches when braking and turning.
Version and support
The latest update is from December 2025 and the author doesn’t list a game version. The installation guide is in a Google Drive document linked on the page, and support is handled on Discord because comments are closed.
