What this mod does
Project 3XX is the Half Fast Gaming team’s way of putting any Peterbilt from the 1990s 3XX series in your garage. Instead of a fixed model, it’s a highly configurable truck where you choose the hood and build the Peterbilt you prefer.
What’s included
- 330, 357, 377, 377 SFFA, 379 and EXHD hoods.
- Interior with features added in version 2.145; wheels and LED lights became separate parts.
- Nodes ready for the SiSL accessory pack since version 2.147.
- A template for creating your own paint jobs.
Where it comes from
The model is based on the Peterbilts the community created years ago for 18 Wheels of Steel: Haulin’ (Ivan, Chris, Tim, Jon and others). guidot and his team adapted it to ATS and keep it up to date; the credits are on the official page.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants a classic 379 or 377 with lots of options, or to build a varied ’90s fleet without installing a separate mod for each hood.
Version
The latest file version is 2.148 (December 2025), which removed the fall size according to SCS’s changes in 1.57. The author marks it as compatible with game versions 1.57 to 1.61.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the Project 3XX page on TruckyMods.
- Download it from the website or with the TruckyMods mod manager.
- If you downloaded it manually, copy the .scs file to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- Launch the game and enable Project 3XX in the Mod Manager.
- If you use the SiSL pack or other accessories, put them above the truck in the load order.
- Load your profile and look for it among the Peterbilts in the truck purchase menu.

Common problems
Does it clash with other Peterbilt 379s?
It's a standalone truck, but if you have other 379 EXHD mods, check the load order if you see mixed-up parts or icons.
Does it work with SiSL Mega Pack?
Yes, since version 2.147 the author has updated the nodes for that accessory pack.
Why is the version from 2025 if it says 1.61?
The file hasn't needed any changes; the author has updated the compatibility on TruckyMods up to 1.61.
