What this mod does
464CI V8 for ‘Modern’ Gavrils, by xsneakyxsimsx, adds a 7.6-liter V8, the 464 «Mega-Thrust», to the modern Gavrils that already come with a V8 from the factory. It’s inspired by another modder’s Gavril Bandit and made for anyone who feels the 423 (6.9 liters) falls short.
Where you can fit it
- Gavril D-Series, H-Series, Roamer and Grand Marshal, as an engine option.
- Ibishu BX as a swap, along with the 6.9-liter, since version 1.1.
- Ibishu Hopper as a swap, since version 1.2.
- It works with the stock parts the 423/6.9 supports.
Included configs
It comes with a few ready-to-drive configs: «The Bar-Faux», a BX with the Gavril V8 that blends Japanese sports car and muscle car; «The Hopper Rod», a Hopper turned into a hot rod; an off-road D15 with a tuned 464; and an H15 Vanster Runner with beefed-up all-wheel drive.
Who it’s for
The author has tuned it for lots of low-end torque, and users highlight its deeper sound compared to the 423. It’s a lightweight mod, under 1 MB. One user says the engine didn’t show up for them; if that happens to you, delete older versions and clear your cache, since the author had to fix the file structure early on.

How to install it
- Open the 464CI V8 for 'Modern' Gavrils page on the official BeamNG Repository.
- Click Download to get the .zip, or subscribe from the in-game Repository (Subscribe button).
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder inside your BeamNG.drive user folder (AppData > Local > BeamNG > BeamNG.drive > current > mods).
- Launch the game and check in the Mod Manager that it's enabled.
- Spawn a D-Series, H-Series, Roamer, Grand Marshal, BX or Hopper and choose the 7.6 V8 in the engine slot, or load one of the new configs.
