What this mod does

ACP (Angelov’s Customizable Powertrains), by Angelov.1080, is a mod for building engines piece by piece in BeamNG.drive. There are no «stage +10» parts: each component changes how the engine behaves the way it would in real life, and if you want it to rev high you’ll have to sacrifice torque.

What you can build

  • Eight engine families (I3, I4, I5, I6, V6, V8, V10 and V12) with 60 displacements each, from 0.6 to 18 liters.
  • Nine cylinder head types, six camshafts, compression ratios, valves and springs.
  • Connecting rods, pistons, crankshafts, bearings, block materials, starter motors and oil pans, including dry sump.
  • Five turbo architectures, three types of positive displacement supercharger and twin-charging.
  • Seven ECUs, limiters, launch control (including rolling and adaptive) and safety controllers.

Supported cars

Old Ibishu Pessima, Gavril Grand Marshal, Barstow and Bluebuck, Bruckell Bastion, Civetta Bolide, the Vivace family (Cherrier Vivace, Tograc and Ardente) and, since 0.8 from October 19, 2026, the ETK K-Series and ETK 800-Series. It uses the game’s own sounds.

Before you install it

It’s in Alpha. Every part has a price for Career mode, but the author warns that they’re approximate and that he hasn’t balanced Career yet. Some manifold and exhaust combinations may end up disconnected or clip through the hood.

Common problems

Which cars does it support?

Old Pessima, Grand Marshal, Barstow, Bluebuck, Bastion, Bolide, Vivace, Tograc, Ardente, ETK K-Series and ETK 800-Series; the author promises more.

Does it work in Career mode?

Every part has a price, but the author warns that they're approximate and that Career balance hasn't been tested yet.

The boost gauge reads oddly, is that a bug?

It's cosmetic and may read wrong with twin-charging or per-gear boost, according to the author.
