What this mod does
LichSport Tuning, by Lichi, is the mod of a fictional Spanish tuning house, LichSport, which according to its backstory was born in the 1980s tuning European and later Japanese cars. For now it covers the game’s Hirochi Sunburst, with a huge and very polished parts list.
What it brings for the Sunburst
- Body kit: bumpers with an adjustable lip and several license plate positions, side skirts, six hoods, two grilles, a spoiler or wing, and mirrors.
- Two types of headlights and taillights, one with sequential turn signals, and exposed or painted carbon options for many stock parts.
- Exhaust system with an optional center muffler and four muffler types in several finishes.
- Configurable gauges, a custom steering wheel and auxiliary gauges.
- F4 engine with options for displacement, cylinder head, compression, intake, cooling, turbo and a programmable ECU.
Important requirement
It doesn’t work without LichSport Core Components, another mod by the same author (about 132 MB) with the shared parts like wheels, tires, gauges and NERViON brakes. Install both.
Version and tips
Version 1.4.0, from October 16, 2026, fixes configs and adds a taller suspension for fitting the NERViON brakes. The author has separate mods for the Vivace and the Bastion, and states he only used AI for repetitive tasks and some code. One user noticed an FPS drop with the lighting.

Requirements
- BeamNG.drive 0.39 or later
- LichSport Core Components mod (required)
- About 171 MB of free space for both .zip files
How to install it
- Open the LichSport Tuning page on the official BeamNG Repository.
- Click Download to get the .zip, or subscribe from the in-game Repository (Subscribe button).
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder inside your BeamNG.drive user folder (AppData > Local > BeamNG > BeamNG.drive > current > mods).
- Launch the game and check in the Mod Manager that it's enabled.
- Also install LichSport Core Components, spawn the Hirochi Sunburst and look for the LichSport parts in the configurator.
