What this mod does
Bella’s Semi Add-on is a parts pack for the Gavril T-Series and MD-Series trucks, created by Bellaistrans for anyone who wants to fully customize their semi in BeamNG.drive. It has over 670,000 downloads.
What’s included
- 60 custom air horns.
- Facelifted and setback (set-back front axle) T-Series models, redesigned in January 2026.
- Low-roof sleeper cab for the cabover version and a short day cab for the long-nose truck.
- New wheels and tires for the T-Series, MD-Series and trailers.
- Visual and interior parts for semis, plus classic hitches for the T-Series and MD-Series.
- Engines with sounds by Slav Jerry, used with permission.
- Paints for the T-Series, MD and Pickup.
- Cut-down body, camper interior and tinted windows for the MD school bus.
Tips
Before reporting a bug, clear the game cache, as the mod page asks. It’s compatible with other big packs: in 2025, Gamer!’s Ultimate Pickup Parts fixed an untextured materials issue when used alongside this mod.
Release notes
Version 4.1.2, from June 15, 2026, brings bug fixes. Some users have seen tires not showing up, the hopper bus body no longer appearing, or the lowered suspension making the truck pull to the left. It predates 0.39.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the Bella's Semi Add-on page on the official BeamNG Repository.
- Click Download to get the .zip, or subscribe from the in-game Repository (Subscribe button).
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder inside your BeamNG.drive user folder.
- Launch the game and check in the Mod Manager that it's enabled.
- Open the Vehicle Config menu for the Gavril T-Series or MD-Series and pick the new cabs, horns, wheels and engines.
