What this mod does
The Hirochi CCF is a rear-wheel-drive two-seat convertible from a fictional BeamNG brand, heavily inspired by modern Japanese roadsters. It’s one of the top-rated modded cars on the official repository, and it shows in the level of detail: it’s not just a new body, but a complete car with its own interior, electronics and dozens of configs.
What’s included
- 38 stock configs, with four- and six-cylinder engines, manual or automatic transmissions and two electric versions (eCCF).
- A manual soft top that actually opens and closes, plus hardtop variants.
- Interactive interior with working screens, parking sensors and sound that changes depending on the parts fitted.
- Simulated driver aids: automatic emergency braking, hill start assist, hill descent control and blind spot monitoring.
- A one-make cup racing version with its own gauges and a setup designed as an entry-level race car.
- Around 12 wheels, 26 body colors and 10 upholstery options.
Who it’s for
If you like small, light, balanced cars for the track, mountain roads or just cruising, it’s one of the best options. It’s also a good starting point for learning to drive rear-wheel drive without too much power.
Version
Version Rework 1.2.4.3 (August 2026) adapts the car to the new lighting system in BeamNG.drive 0.39 and fixes the font on the interior screens. The author warns that it can run heavy on some PCs.

Highlights and things to keep in mind
- Very high level of detail: working soft top, screens and simulated driver aids
- Lots of configs, including electric and racing ones
- Frequently maintained and already adapted to 0.39
- Large download (about 480 MB)
- May perform worse than stock cars on modest PCs
Requirements

- A PC with some headroom: the author warns the mod can run heavy on some PCs
How to install it
- Open BeamNG.drive and go to Repository from the main menu.

Common problems
The interior screens show garbled or blank text. What do I do?
Update to version 1.2.4.3: the latest updates fixed exactly that screen font issue. If it persists, clear the cache from the launcher.
The game stutters with this car. Is that normal?
The author acknowledges the mod can be demanding on some PCs with no clear pattern. Try lowering your graphics or not spawning lots of cars at once.
Is it a real, licensed car?
No. Hirochi is a fictional BeamNG brand; the design is inspired by real roadsters, but the mod doesn't use real brands.
