What this mod does
Vintage T-Series is a classic truck based on the game’s Gavril T-Series. It started out as a truck with loading ramps (Vintage Ramp Truck) and, since version 0.8, it has grown into a full family of tractor units and work trucks with a look from another era.
What’s included
- Over 20 ready-to-use configs, from the ramp truck to service and work versions.
- Cab with remade jbeam and deformation model, opening doors and hood, and working mirrors.
- Sleeper cab, including extended sleepers, for the highway versions.
- Five engines, with a V12 option and drag parts for the craziest configs.
- Working loading ramps and winch, a gooseneck hitch, a pickup bed and cargo boxes for Career mode.
Controls
The ramps deploy with Alt+I and retract with Alt+K; the winch is operated with Ctrl+] and Ctrl+[.
Release notes
0.82 (September 9, 2026) organizes all the configs into subgroups so they’re easier to find in the selector. The mod is still in beta and the author keeps expanding it bit by bit.

Requirements
- BeamNG.drive 0.39
- About 185 MB of free space for the .zip file
How to install it
- Open the Vintage T-Series page on the official BeamNG Repository.
- Click Download to get the .zip, or subscribe from the in-game Repository.
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder inside your BeamNG.drive user folder.
- If you're coming from the Vintage Ramp Truck version, delete the old file and clear the cache from the launcher.
- Launch the game and pick one of the Vintage T-Series configs in the vehicle selector.
- Use Alt+I and Alt+K for the ramps and Ctrl+] and Ctrl+[ for the winch.

Common problems
The cab disappeared after updating
The author recommends clearing the cache from the launcher's support tools; the mod doesn't include any conflicting files.
The ramps don't respond to the keys
Earlier versions had problems with the shortcuts and the author added the correct controls. Check that you're using Alt+I/K for the ramps and Ctrl+]/[ for the winch, and that no other mod is using them.
The V12 has no sound or starts without a gearbox
It was a 0.8 bug the author acknowledged; 0.81 fixed the missing engine sounds.
