What this mod does
Abkhazia Map is a map by Yuriko [MCY] for Euro Truck Simulator 2 that recreates the roads of Abkhazia, on the Black Sea coast. It connects ProMods’ Georgia with the Russia of the Southern Region Map. Abkhazia is a territory with disputed status; since version 1.2, the mod shows it in-game as a separate country, with its own license plates and its flag on the GPS.
What’s included
- The cities of Sukhumi, Zugdidi, Gali, Gudauta, Ochamchire, Gagra, Pitsunda and Tkvarcheli.
- The Lake Ritsa area, with a checkpoint in the nature reserve.
- Police and traffic posts, added in 1.8.
Requirements
You need ProMods Europe and the Southern Region Map, which the author links from his page. The load order is only shown as an image on TruckyMods, so check it there before playing.
Version
Version 1.9, from September 20, 2026, is optimized for 1.61 and fixes many bugs without changing the territory. Version 1.5.1 fixed a game crash with ProMods The Great Steppe. It has about 41,700 downloads on TruckyMods.

How to install it
- Install ProMods Europe and the Southern Region Map first.
- Go to the mod's page on TruckyMods (Yuriko [MCY]'s verified account) and download version 1.9.
- Copy the .scs files to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, order the maps as shown in the load order image on the author's page.
- Enter Abkhazia from Georgia (ProMods) or from southern Russia (Southern Region Map).
