What this mod does
Orten Safeserver Swapbodies is a free add-on by Ventyres that adds Safeserver swap bodies from German body builder Orten, with the Libner system, to compatible trucks and trailers. The author says he developed it with the knowledge and support of Orten and Libner.
What it adds
- Orten Safeserver swap bodies, including a refrigerated version with its own reefer unit sound.
- A complete physics overhaul: the rig loads correctly and the truck’s lift axle only lowers when it’s loaded.
- Matching spoilers for the DAF XF and the 2021 XG/XG+.
- Several company skins.
What you need
It doesn’t work on its own. You have to subscribe to all three parts of Sebastian7870’s Swap Body Pack on Steam Workshop (chassis, trailers and bodies) and place this mod above them in the manager. For the lift axle to lower automatically, enable the automatic lift axle option in the game settings. Since 1.61, the compatible chassis are the ones that start with SOLO (for example, SOLO 4×2 or SOLO 6×2).

Requirements
- Euro Truck Simulator 2 between 1.54 and 1.61
- All 3 parts of Sebastian7870's Swap Body Pack
- Automatic lift axle option enabled (so it lowers on its own)
How to install it
- Subscribe on Steam Workshop to all three parts of Sebastian7870's Swap Body Pack: chassis, trailers and bodies.
- Download the mod's .zip for free (0 €) from Ventyres's Gumroad page and unzip it.
- Copy the .scs into Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, place Orten Safeserver Swapbodies above all three parts of Sebastian's pack.
- Enable the automatic lift axle in the game options.
- At a dealership or upgrade shop, choose a chassis whose name starts with SOLO and fit the Orten body.
Common problems
Does it work without Sebastian's pack?
No. The author requires all three parts of Sebastian7870's Swap Body Pack.
Why doesn't the lift axle lower?
Enable the automatic lift axle option in the game settings.
I can't find the compatible chassis on 1.61
Since 1.61 they're the ones starting with SOLO, like SOLO 4x2 or SOLO 6x2.
