What this mod does

Pyla Map Add-on expands the French Atlantic coast with the area around Bordeaux and Pyla-sur-Mer, the seaside town at the entrance to the Bay of Arcachon. It’s home to the Dune of Pilat, the tallest in Europe.

What it adds

Pyla-sur-Mer with its town hall, a fish market and a campsite.
A road link to Bordeaux through the village of Le Temple.
A ferry from Pyla to Bilbao, Santander and Roscoff, very handy if you run routes between Spain and France.
Transport hubs, garages you can buy and a ride-hailing (VTC) service.

Who it’s for

For anyone who often drives through southwest France or northern Spain and wants a new coastal destination. Also for roleplayers who use HDTS mods, which it’s compatible with.

Version and compatibility

1.7 (August 11, 2026) is tagged for ETS2 1.60. According to the author, it works with the base map and with the southern France add-ons, and supports the Krone and Schwarzmüller DLC trailers. The page lists all map DLC as required.

How to install it

Download 1.7 from the author's page on TruckyMods or with Trucky Mods Manager.
Copy the .scs file into Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
Enable it in the Mod Manager.
Load your profile and drive to Bordeaux.
Continue toward Le Temple to reach Pyla, or take the ferry from Bilbao or Santander.
