What this mod does
Realistic Brutal Graphics & Weather Winter Snow is the winter mod by Kass, the author of the well-known Realistic Brutal Graphics and Weather. Kass releases it as a separate, snow-focused mod, and version 4.3 already works on ETS2 1.61.
What it changes in the game
- A full weather system with snow at several intensities, realistically sized flakes and wind.
- Icy water, reworked reflections, sun and lights, and cloud shadows.
- Fog, mist and haze with variable intensity, night skies and moon phases.
- Snow and rain hitting the windshield and spray from the wheels, on traffic too.
- Over 40 thunder sounds for inside and outside the cab, and dynamic lightning since 4.2.
Performance and compatibility
Kass says it runs on modest PCs as long as they meet the game’s official minimum requirements. It’s compatible with most maps and with Convoy mode, and it comes with its own zoom for the truck camera (key 2 and mouse wheel).
Who it’s for
For anyone who prefers a more dramatic, stormy winter instead of the calmer approach of Frosty Winter. Like any full weather mod, use it on its own: don’t combine it with other graphics or weather mods.

Requirements

How to install it
- Go to the mod's page on TruckyMods, Kass's verified account.
- Download version 4.3 (hosted on TruckyMods itself).
- Copy the file into Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, enable it and place it above your maps.
- Disable other weather or graphics mods, including the regular Realistic Brutal Graphics.
- Load your save and wait for the weather to change to see the snow.
