What this mod does
If you’re into driving rather than crunching numbers, ETS2 XP & Economy Rebalance goes the opposite way from realistic economy mods. It’s made by Kass, the author of Brutal Traffic, and version 2.5 from September 29, 2026 is for ETS2 1.61.
What it changes
- A one-time €250,000 bonus when you create a new profile.
- Practically unlimited delivery times.
- Much more XP when you park the trailer: the author gives the example of going from level 0 to 42.
- An always-full cargo market and a 100% refund when you sell trucks.
- Garage diesel 95% cheaper and 500 liters from emergency refueling.
- Buy trucks online without owning one first, and no fines for abandoning jobs.
- Hired drivers who earn more and are more efficient.
Installation and compatibility
Kass recommends putting it at the very top of the Mod Manager. The feature list promises up to 70% lower fuel consumption, but in the thread Kass clarified that the mod doesn’t touch the player truck’s fuel consumption or the eco driving skill. It says nothing about ProMods or saves in progress. It’s the opposite of Realistic Economy or Ragnarok Economy: combining them makes no sense.

Common problems
Is it a save editor?
No. It's a mod that changes economy and XP values while it's active; it doesn't edit your savegame from the outside.
Do I get the €250,000 on an existing profile?
According to the author, the bonus is one-time and is given when you create a new profile.
Does it reduce my truck's fuel consumption?
Kass clarified in the thread that it doesn't change the player's fuel consumption, even though the list mentions 70% less.
Can I use it with another economy mod?
We don't recommend it: realistic economy mods aim for exactly the opposite.
