What this mod does
Rröfte Kosova is an add-on by HamzaB67 for the West Balkans DLC. In the base game, several towns in Kosovo are just scenery: you can see them, but you can’t deliver cargo there. This mod turns them into real destinations.
What it adds
- Pejë and Besjanë, with a name on the map, their own company and a service area.
- Hani i Elezit, near the border with North Macedonia, with two companies and a service area.
- Gas stations and services so routes through Kosovo make more sense.
Plans
The author wants to add Prizren and Mitrovicë, more border crossings and maybe part of Albania, although he warns that the map space makes it difficult.
Who it’s for
For anyone who owns West Balkans and wants more destinations in an underdeveloped part of the DLC. It doesn’t depend on other maps and, according to the author, it’s been tested in a large map combo without issues.
Version
0.3.6 (February 24, 2026) is a compatibility update tagged for ETS2 1.58. There’s no version listed for 1.59, 1.60 or 1.61, so it may not work on the current game.

How to install it
- Download 0.3.6 from TruckyMods or with Trucky Mods Manager.
- Copy the .scs file into Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Enable it in the Mod Manager; it doesn't need any special order.
- Load your profile and look for Pejë, Besjanë or Hani i Elezit on the map.

Common problems
Do I need other maps?
No. It only requires the West Balkans DLC and other map DLC; it doesn't depend on other mods.
Does it work with ProMods?
The page doesn't mention it. The author says he's tested it in a large map combo without finding problems.
Does it work on 1.61?
The latest version is tagged for 1.58. It may not work until the author updates it.
