What this mod does
Calmsden Farm is a British map for Farming Simulator 22 based on a real farm in the county of Gloucestershire, with its surroundings recreated from the real map of the area. It’s one of the best-rated maps on the official ModHub, with thousands of votes.
What you’ll find
- 36 fields with missions, from small to very large.
- Two placeable areas where you can set up your own production or farm, five selling points, a biogas plant and a sawmill.
- Over 50 new models made by the author, custom textures and custom sounds.
- Seasonal details: barbecues and clotheslines in summer, falling leaves in autumn and snowmen in winter.
- British license plates, collectibles and custom lighting with bluer skies and darker nights.
Who it’s for
Ideal if you like the English countryside, with varied plots, hedgerows and lively villages. It works well in multiplayer, since any player can open doors and gates.
Version notes
Version 1.2.0.0 adds a new crop, linseed, stars with constellations, new weed textures and Precision Farming support through a custom soil map. Because it changes the map structure, the author says you need to start a new savegame to use this version.

Requirements
- Farming Simulator 22 (PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series)
- About 600 MB of free disk space
- Optional: Precision Farming DLC, which the map supports with its own soil map
How to install it
- Open Farming Simulator 22 and go to the mods section (ModHub) from the main menu.
- Search for "Calmsden Farm" and download it.
- On PC/Mac you can also download the .zip from the official ModHub page and copy it, without unzipping, to Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2022\mods.
- Create a new savegame and choose Calmsden Farm in the map selection.
- If you're coming from a version older than 1.2.0.0, start a new savegame: the author warns that the map structure changed.

Common problems
My old savegame has problems after updating
Version 1.2.0.0 added a new crop and changed the map structure; the author says it needs a new savegame.
Does it work in multiplayer and on dedicated servers?
Yes. Version 1.2.0.0 lets all players open doors and gates and fixes their position on dedicated servers.
Do I need Precision Farming?
No. It's optional; if you have it, the map includes its own Gloucestershire soil map.
