Dutch Pigshed for Farming Simulator 22

What this mod does

Dutch Pigshed, by Dutch Modding Inc. (Jornpoeft), is a placeable Dutch-style pig barn for raising pigs on a large scale. You buy it in the construction menu, under animal pens, and it doesn’t need any other mods.

In-game stats

• Dimensions: 20 m wide by 35 m long.
• Capacity: 300 pigs.
• Price: $164,000.
• Upkeep: $150 per day.

What it’s for on the farm

With room for 300 animals, it lets you set up a serious pig operation without taking up too much land. Pigs need food, water and straw, and in return you can sell them and use the manure and slurry to fertilize your fields. Plan good feed storage near the barn and easy access for trailers and tankers.

Version and platforms

Version 1.1.0.0 added the «boughtWithFarmland» tag, which ties the building to the purchase of the farmland it sits on, and bumped the description version. It works on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Tip: with $150 a day in upkeep, fill it up early so it pays off.

• Farming Simulator 22 on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S
• About 9 MB of free space
• A free plot of at least 20 x 35 m

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Dutch Pigshed" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_Dutchpigshed.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Open the construction menu, go to animal pens and place the barn on flat ground.
