What this mod does

Natural Water Rivers And Ponds Pack, by LMoonlight [MA], adds placeable rivers, streams, lakes and ponds to bring the landscape of any map to life. You’ll find them in the construction menu, under Decoration > Uncategorized, and they use 2 slots.

What’s included

• Straight river sections 20 m wide and 80, 160 or 240 m long, curves, junctions and sloped sections.
• Lakes of 80, 120 and 180 m, plus round and rectangular ponds in several sizes, starting at $500.
• Since version 1.1.0.0, square ponds, straight 5 m wide streams and a second set with greenish water in addition to the blue one.

Use on the farm

You can take the water for free, so a pond next to your barns or greenhouses saves you buying it. To remove a piece, click on the water and sell it. Careful in winter: the ice is dangerous and you shouldn’t drive over it.

Author’s tips

Dig a suitable trench or hole first, build your fences before placing the water, place identical pieces at the same height and avoid overlapping water planes. It’s not compatible with water planes from other mods. It works on PC/Mac and consoles.

Requirements

• Farming Simulator 22 on PC/Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S
• About 3 MB of free space
• Patience with terraforming: you need to dig the hole before placing the water

How to install it

1. Download it from the official ModHub (link on this page) or search for "Natural Water Rivers And Ponds Pack" in the in-game Mods menu, on PC or console.
2. If you download it manually on PC/Mac, copy FS22_naturalWaterRiversAndPondsPack.zip (don't unzip it) into the mods folder: Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2022 > mods.
3. Activate the mod when you create or load your savegame.
4. Open the construction menu, go to Decoration > Uncategorized and place the water piece over a trench you've already dug.
