What this mod does
The 993 was the last 911 with an air-cooled engine, and its Turbo version, with all-wheel drive and twin turbos, is one of the most coveted Porsches. This mod comes from A3DR (Alberto Daniel Russo), a 3D vehicle artist who modeled and textured the car himself, and the same author behind the Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Jota and the Toyota Sera.
Versions included
- Stock 911 Turbo.
- S2 version, a build with a RUF engine, custom suspension and small cosmetic changes.
How it drives
Rear-hung engine, all-wheel drive and a turbo that kicks in hard in the midrange: it’s fast and stable in a straight line, but if you go in too hot and lift off, the nose washes wide and the rear wants to overtake you. The original physics are by aphidgod and Arch, and Arch reworked them between 2025 and 2026 with tire and brake temperatures and chassis flex.
Before you install it
Since the physics overhaul in October 2025, the car requires Custom Shaders Patch 0.2.8 or later. With older versions of CSP, or without it, it won’t work as it should.

How to install it
- Install or update Custom Shaders Patch to 0.2.8 or later from Content Manager (Settings > Custom Shaders Patch).
- Go to the Porsche 911 (993) Turbo page on OverTake.gg and log in.
- Download the file (about 67 MB).
- Drag the file into Content Manager and click install, or copy the car folders to assettocorsa/content/cars.
- In Drive, search for 993 and pick the stock Turbo or the S2.
