What this mod does
ATS Elog adds an electronic hours-of-service log to American Truck Simulator, in the style of the ELDs used by North American truckers. It’s made by ERIC R, from Quebec, and it’s presented as a beta plugin with a French and English interface.
What it does
- Logs driving time, on-duty time, breaks and rest periods.
- Keeps a history of LogBooks.
- Shows the information in a local web interface, in desktop and mobile versions.
- Has an experimental Android app, with vibration alerts for hours of service.
How it works
It’s not a .scs for the Mod Manager: you install it by copying its win_x64 folder into the game’s bin/win_x64 with ATS closed, so it’s Windows only. It reads your saves with a built-in reader and doesn’t need external decryption tools. The code is closed-source, but the author publishes SHA-256 checksums and a VirusTotal scan.

Version 1.0.6.3 (October 10, 2026) is a free download only from the author’s GitHub or his SCS forum thread; he asks you not to use mirrors. It’s a beta project: report bugs in the thread or on his Discord.

How to install it
- Download ATS_Elog_1.0.6.3.zip from the author's official GitHub.
- Check the SHA-256 checksum published in the repository.
- Close ATS and copy the contents of the win_x64 folder into the game's bin/win_x64 folder.
- Open ATS and check your log in the local web interface the author points to.
- Optional: install the Android APK from the same repository.

Common problems
Is it a .scs mod?
No. It's a plugin you copy into the game's bin/win_x64 folder.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
The author only releases the Windows PC version and an Android app.
Does it modify my saves?
The author says it reads saves with a built-in reader; he doesn't say it modifies them.
