What this mod does
F-150 EV300K Electric Motor + 1-Speed, by nicoderfdu, is a deliberately over-the-top electric conversion of the 2023 Ford F-150 from the Road Trip: Ford DLC. The author says he won’t make a normal-power version: this mod is just for fun.
What’s included
- 300,000 hp EV300K electric motor: according to the author, 0 to 200 km/h in about 3 seconds and a top speed of around 500 km/h.
- EV gearbox with one forward gear and one reverse.
- Regenerative braking via the engine brake in three levels (1, 2 and 3 g), only when you lift off the throttle.
- F-150 R18 and R20 tires with grip raised to 2.5 (1.2 stock).
- 5.5-foot 4×4 chassis with a lower center of gravity, stiffer sway bar and damping, and bigger brake discs.
Global changes
Heads up: the mod also modifies physics.sii, so it affects every vehicle: it triples braking force, keeps it constant at any speed and reduces brake heating. Place it above other mods that change the physics. It’s for game version 1.61, weighs 24 KB and has over 300 subscribers since October 5, 2026.

How to install it
- Open the "F-150 EV300K Electric Motor + 1-Speed" page on Steam Workshop and click "Subscribe".
- Launch American Truck Simulator and wait for Steam to finish downloading the mod.
- Go to the Mod Manager in your profile and enable "F-150 EV300K Electric Motor + 1-Speed".
- In the Mod Manager, put it above any mod that changes the physics (physics.sii).
- Open My Cars, pick the F-150 and in Configure choose the EV300K motor, the EV 1-Speed gearbox and the modified chassis.
Common problems
Is there a normal-power version?
No, the author says he won't make one.
Does it affect my trucks?
Yes, the brake changes apply to every vehicle.
How does regeneration work?
Through the engine brake, in three levels, when you lift off the throttle.
