What this mod does
Fast EXP is an economy mod by Robi, the author of Fast Money, that multiplies the experience you earn in American Truck Simulator. It has more than 95,000 subscribers on Steam Workshop.
Experience per kilometer
- With cargo: 100 per km (stock: 1).
- Free roaming: 50 per km (stock: 0.5).
Double bonuses
Perfect delivery 48%, ADR 42%, important cargo 40%, urgent 60%, fragile 44%, long distance 50% and valuable 36%. All of them are double the stock values.
Parking
- Easy, medium and hard: 1500, 4000 and 9000 XP (stock: 15, 40 and 90).
- With a double trailer: 2500, 15,000 and 27,000.
- Manually parking the trailer at pickup: 1500.
Compatibility
It works with all official SCS DLCs. If it doesn’t work after enabling it, the author recommends resetting your save’s economy.
Version
The author doesn’t list a game version. The latest update is from April 10, 2025, right after several players asked for a 1.54 version. Use it in single-player only and back up your profile first.

How to install it
- Back up your profile first.
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to download it and launch American Truck Simulator.
- In the Mod Manager, enable Fast EXP and confirm the changes.
- If you don't notice the change, reset your save's economy, as the author suggests.
- Disable it once you reach the level you want.

How much XP does it give per kilometer?
100 with cargo and 50 when free roaming, versus 1 and 0.5 stock.
Can I use it with Fast Money?
They're by the same author and change different things: money and experience.
