What this mod does
More Used Trucks is a mod by Whitetail that adds more than 100 unique listings to the American Truck Simulator used truck dealer, and the author promises more. It has over 48,000 subscribers.
How it works
- Some trucks are built with save editing techniques, so they have combinations you can’t put together at the service shop.
- The mod only adds dealer definitions: the truck you buy keeps its look even if you disable the mod later. That’s why, according to the author, you can use it on unmodded Convoy servers or on TruckersMP.
- If you change any part on an edited truck, it may lose its special parts. For example, a Freightliner with International exhausts goes back to the stock ones.
- Listings refresh every few in-game days and only trucks your level allows you to buy show up. On a new profile you’ll mostly see basic day cabs.
Requirements and version
It requires the Wheel Tuning Pack DLC because some configurations use its wheels. Without it, the author thinks those trucks would revert to steel wheels, but warns that the game could crash. The author confirms in the comments that it works on 1.60. The latest update is from October 27, 2025 and it’s just over 1 MB.
