What this mod does
Look back! DLC Car is a small mod by DimanUSA for the cars of the Road Trip: Ford DLC in American Truck Simulator. In the game’s trucks we’re used to turning our head and using the mirrors, but in a car the natural thing when backing into a spot is to look through the rear window, and the stock interior camera doesn’t turn that far.
What it does
- Lets you look freely through the rear window when reversing.
- Widens the viewing angle toward the car floor, so you can see the pedals and console better.
- Works with all four DLC cars: Ford Bronco, Ford F-150, 1967 Ford Mustang and Ford Crown Victoria.
Version and compatibility
This is version 1.0, published on Steam Workshop on October 27, 2026. The author doesn’t state a specific game version, though it came out with 1.61 as the stable release. It weighs only 77 KB and needs no other mods, but it does need the Road Trip: Ford DLC, because it modifies the interior of those cars. How to install it

- When reversing, turn the interior camera backward with the mouse or look control: it now reaches the rear window.
