What this mod does
This mod adds the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223 as your own vehicle in American Truck Simulator: you buy it at the mod dealer and use it to roam the map without a trailer. Nimit publishes it for free on his verified ModLand account, with credits to DN Modding, Nimit, İsmail Kaan and Slav Jerry.
What’s included
- Highly detailed exterior and interior, with a custom digital dash in km/h and extra info.
- Front windows that open, well-fitted wipers and an animated turn signal stalk.
- Five wheel designs and the option to hook up a compatible trailer.
- Engine and transmission tuned so the 0 to 100, 0 to 200 and 0 to 250 km/h times come close to the real ones.
- Partly realistic sound with a comfort mode: hold the headlight flash key for one second to turn it on.
Driving tip
To reach top speed you need to shift into sixth.

At the mod dealer entrance of any truck dealer, Mercedes-Benz brand; according to the author, also at the car dealers in ATS’s car mode.
Version and known issues
Version 2.5 is updated to 1.62, the ATS open beta as of November 2026; the author doesn’t confirm 1.61. ModLand doesn’t show the file size. One user reports that the front turn signal isn’t visible with the lights on. There’s also an ETS2 version.

Requirements
- American Truck Simulator on the 1.62 open beta (the author doesn't confirm 1.61)
- Download from the author's ModLand page (hosted on Modsfire)
- The author lists no required DLC or other mods
How to install it
- Open the mod page on ModLand (Nimit's verified account) and click the download button.
- Download the file from Modsfire, the external host the page links to.
- If it comes compressed, extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- Launch ATS, open the Mod Manager and enable the car.
- In your save, go to any truck dealer and enter the mod dealer.
- Pick Mercedes-Benz, buy the car and set it as your vehicle.
- For the comfort sound mode, hold the headlight flash key for one second.
