What this mod does
Money & XP Cheat (Jump Starter) is an economy mod by oliver. for American Truck Simulator. It gets you money and experience very fast, for example to recover a lost profile. The author has separate money-only and experience-only versions.
What it changes
- Jobs pay at least 250,000.
- You get 100% back when selling a truck.
- Garages cost 15,000 and garage upgrades 20,000.
- 80% discount on fuel at your garages and lower costs for repairs, refueling and towing.
- Hiring drivers costs 500, and you can use the online store without owning a truck.
- No penalty for canceling jobs or damaging cargo.
- Parking the trailer gives 50,000, 100,000 or 200,000 XP depending on difficulty.
Author’s warnings
You only earn experience if you park the trailer yourself. Your drivers also earn a lot of money, which the author attributes to the game. If you run into problems, give it the highest priority in the Mod Manager.
Version
The author says he tested it on the latest game version, but doesn’t give the number. The latest update is from December 5, 2025. Use it in single-player only and back up your profile first.

How to install it
- Back up your profile first.
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to download it and launch American Truck Simulator.
- In the Mod Manager, enable Money & XP Cheat (Jump Starter) and confirm the changes.
- Give it the highest priority if you use other mods.
- To earn experience, park the trailer yourself when you finish the job.
- Disable it once you have what you need.
