What this mod does
The Volkswagen Touareg 7L is the first generation of Volkswagen’s big SUV, sold in the 2000s in the United States too. Nimit turns it into a car you buy and drive in American Truck Simulator. It’s not the Touareg 7P, the second generation, which the author publishes separately. He publishes it for free on his verified ModLand account, with credits to Nimit, Mert İrşi, Azorax Modding and GGGoulart Designer.
What the author says
The ModLand page is brief: the changelog only says that version 3.0 of the mod is updated to game version 1.54, with no details on equipment or options. The file is 9.84 MB and has 96 downloads on ModLand. Nimit asks that the link not be changed and the file not be re-uploaded.
At under 10 MB, it’s the lightest download of all Nimit’s cars for ATS.
How to get it
Like the rest of Nimit’s cars, you buy it at the mod dealer entrance of any truck dealer (that’s what the author says for his other cars). Look for the Volkswagen brand.
Version and known issues
Nimit confirms 1.54 in the title and the changelog. There’s no confirmed version for 1.61, so it may throw errors there; Holyfix will warn you if so. He also publishes the ETS2 version on the same account.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the mod page on ModLand (Nimit's verified account) and click the download button.

- If it comes compressed, extract the .scs file and copy it to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.

- In your save, go to any truck dealer and enter the mod dealer.
