What this mod does
This mod adds a small fictional American brand, Brutto, with its own backstory: founded in Boston in 1933, focused on trucks, and later building the military Gavril GPV under license. From there come three classic-style models, very much in line with traditional American off-roaders, covering several generations between 1986 and 2016.
What’s included
- Brutto Grander: a small, simple and rugged SUV, in 2-door and 4-door versions and several generations.
- Brutto Myrmidon: a mid-size pickup with a standard or long bed, and since August 2026 also a 4-door, a Custom trim and a drag configuration.
- Brutto M-Series: light trucks bodied on the Myrmidon, with versions such as the M2250 or M4400H 4WD and a box body.
- New mirrors for the Grander and work mirrors for the Myrmidon.
Who it’s for
It’s ideal if you enjoy laid-back off-roading, pickup work or simply collecting retro-styled vehicles that fit the BeamNG universe. Many users point out that it feels like an official in-game vehicle.
Important requirement
For it to work properly, you also need to install Hopper Leaf Springs by JamesV4, which provides the leaf spring suspension the mod relies on.

How to install it
- Open the Hopper Leaf Springs page on the official Repository and download it or subscribe.
- Open the Brutto Grander, Myrmidon & M-Series page and do the same.
- If you download them manually, copy both .zip files (don't unzip them) into the mods folder inside your user folder.
- Launch the game and check in the Mod Manager that both are enabled.
- Find Brutto in the vehicle selector; the M-Series shows up as its own model since the latest version.

Common problems
Why don't the suspension or the vehicle work properly?
It's almost always because Hopper Leaf Springs is missing. Install it from the Repository and reload the vehicle.
The base version pulls to the left, is that normal?
A user mentioned it in September 2026; the author fixed the steering wheel wobble in the mirrors update, but you can report the bug in the mod's thread.
Where is the M-Series?
Since September 22, 2026, it shows up in the selector as a separate model from the Myrmidon.
